As one of the original founders of Vista in 1980, Carmen served primarily as the Controller, but as is typical for rapidly growing businesses was also involved in all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations. She assumed the position of General Manager in June of 2015.
Bill is currently vice president of sales and manages online sales accounts. He has been with Vista since 2010 and currently resides in Georgia. Bill manages and supports our field sales team and our valued dealer partners. He has 30+ years experience in the window covering industry.
Jaime is currently our Customer Service Manager and has been with Vista since 2016. She is a Jacksonville native and a graduate from The University of North Florida with a bachelor’s degree in English. Her prior managerial experience and 10 years teaching experience equip her with a unique perspective and creative solutions for our customer service department.
Tyler is currently our head of Product Support, and has filled this role since 2018. Tyler has 4 years experience with different divisions of Hunter Douglas and has worked multiple jobs in the window coverings industry, making him equipped to handle various projects, including being our motorization specialist.
Holly currently manages inside sales accounts. She has been with Vista since 1997 holding multiple positions. Holly is the trained facilitator for Integrity Service and leads training sessions with our team. She enjoys educating, building relationships and earning the trust of customers.
Debra is currently the Territory Sales Manager covering Eastern North Carolina, Virginia, and Maryland. She currently resides in North Carolina and has been with Vista since 2016. Debra has 18+ years experience as a territory manager in the window covering industry.
Colleen is currently the Territory Sales Manager covering the east coast of Florida. She has been with Vista since 2013 and resides in Palm Beach County Florida. Colleen has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing & merchandising Management, and 8 years within the window treatments industry.
Matt is currently the Territory Sales Manager for Central Florida, from Orlando to Tampa and into South Georgia. He has been with Vista since 2018. He has over 20 years experience in the window treatment industry in the area of sales, installation, training, and technical support.
Raymond is currently the Territory Sales Manager covering SW Florida. He was born and raised in Memphis, TN and has been with vista since 2012. He has been living in and managing the SW Florida area since 2019. Raymond has extensive installation experience and has worked both sides of the window treatment business, selling hard and soft treatments directly to the dealer. Beginning in 1982 he worked and managed a multi-faceted décorating store for approximately 15 years.
Lewis is currently the Territory Sales Manager covering North Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Central Tennessee, and the FL Panhandle. He has been with Vista since 2012 and resides in Alabama. He has 35+ years experience in the window covering industry, holding multiple positions in retail and wholesale. His experience includes an extensive territory covering for fabric companies. He hopes to gain the respect and long lasting friendships this industry offers.
Dave is currently Territory Sales Manager covering South Carolina, West North Carolina, Knoxville and Savannah. He has been with Vista since 2017 and has experience with different divisions of Hunter Douglas. He has 13 years of home decor sales territory management experience and years in the wallcovering and fabric business. He enjoys calling on small businesses and has known many of his dealers for years.
Eric is currently the Territory Sales Manager covering the Ohio area. He has over 10 years of window treatment experience and has has 8 years experience with different divisions of Hunter Douglas. Eric is our newest territory sales manager and has been with Vista since January 2020.
