Important Customer Service Announcement! December 2020
Dear Valued Vista Customer,
We have several customer service related initiatives underway as a result of our merger with Custom Brands Group earlier this year that we wanted to inform you about.
We are in the process of installing new phone equipment with completion scheduled for next week. This will allow us to seamlessly route service calls between our representatives here in Jacksonville, as well as other locations within the Custom Brands service team, should the need arise. This investment will ultimately provide our customers with more coverage.
Our service team has been going through extensive training on the Alta product categories and systems so we will be able to service your Vista-related calls as well as the Alta brand.
To make it easy for you to get to an available representative, we have eliminated direct customer service extensions; this averts calls going to voicemail and you waiting on a callback. We are also eliminating direct customer service rep emails for the same reason.
