Important Vista Announcement!
Dear Valued Vista Customer:
Several months back we announced our merger with Custom Brands Group and our sister company, Alta Window Fashions. We wanted to update you on some exciting changes happening this fall here at our Jacksonville facility as well as with our Alta Window Fashions programs.
Here in Jacksonville, we are expanding our Eclipse shutter fabrication capacity to better serve our customers and meet the continued growth of this category. In order to increase our shutter production capacity, we will phase out the fabrication of Cellular Shades and Twinlight Shades. Working with Alta, we have strong solutions to ensure continuity of service with your cellular and Twinlight shade orders.
Cellular Shade Program
September 25th will be the last day we accept orders for the Vista Cellular program with the exception of the Crossweaves fabric collection. We will continue to support the Crossweaves fabric style for new orders until further notice. The majority of the Vista Cellular program crosses directly over to the Alta Honeycomb program. This matrix crosses the corresponding Vista fabric to Alta. We will send all Cellular customers this matrix to place in their Vista book. Or, you can talk with your Area Sales Manager to make arrangements for an Alta Honeycomb book if you do not already have one.
Twinlight Shade Program
October 31st will be the last day we accept orders for the Twinlight Shade program. In September, Alta is announcing the launch of its new Dual Shade program. With a substantially refreshed fabric offering, new control options, and a dynamic sample book this trend-forward program will help you capture more sales in this growing category. Watch your email for announcements.
Remakes and Warranty
Any necessary remakes for either Twinlight or Cellular Shades can be handled by contacting Customer Service; they will make the necessary arrangements. We will, of course, honor any Vista warranty-related issues.
Placing Orders with Alta
You should have recently received an eBlast from Alta with your account number and other key information necessary to do business directly with the Alta team. If you have any questions about getting started with Alta, please contact your ASM.
