A Message to our Customers!

Dear Vista Customers,

We hope this finds you well and adapting to this new state of normal business. We want to keep everyone updated on what is going on at Vista, with the latest we are doing to support our employees and customers.

Our production is still in full operation and we are working carefully to ensure the safety of our employees. All employees have their temperature checked daily upon arrival and outfitted with masks and gloves. We have added additional hand washing stations throughout our facility and either spread work areas out or provided physical barriers between workers. So far these measures have been successful at keeping us healthy and we are all grateful to be working when so many are not able.

Of course we want our customers to remain healthy as well, so beginning this week we are providing a package with a mask and pair of gloves with each order. We hope this ensures you or your valuable installers have the protection you need to safely complete your sale. We are making these masks in house out of specially constructed cellular material that has been heat sanitized. Although the base fabric is the same as some of our cellular shade products, the cellular construction is completely different using a special glue that is safe to have near your face. The band is non-latex as are the gloves. The best news is these masks are washable! They can be put in the dishwasher on the top rack or in a washing machine inside a delicates bag – then allow to air dry. We hope this helps in creating a safer environment for your installs.

As virtual selling will continue to gain importance, we are busily creating new content for our YouTube channel and website. An altogether common event is selling and installing a perfectly good window treatment that still fails to meet the customer’s expectation. We saw a need to create a video series to explain the differences in options and operating systems and why you would choose one over another. Check out our new area – THE BLIND SIDE, for quick highlights to help you and your customer determine what is best for their unique needs and avoid getting blindsided by an unhappy customer!
